Drove in the arena with Camie riding Sangha (big draft horse). He did very well paying attention to what he was being asked. We worked on walk, trot, changing direction and not getting stuck in the neck at halt. Good boy.

Fit and drove in his new cart. It fits him beautifully and he seems to pull it just fine. It might take him a little while to comfortably pull the increased weight for long periods of time, but he will work up in time. He did a very nice job.

worked on approaching her and touching her with side poles. She is still shy but getting better. I think once she gets over this hump she will accept other things more quickly.

worked on halting and being approached and touched without jumping or twitching. She is getting better, but still wants to jump away every now and again. I think she is just a little unsure, but seriously improving.

Practiced hitching outside. Very good boy. He stood very still. Drove outside, he wanted to look around, and lost focus a little bit, but was very calm and sure things were ok. We weaved through ice water patches and went past very scary (monster like) smow drifts.
